E-Business Capability

This Capability has been defined as a firm's ability to optimize use of electronic technologies in all aspects of its operations. The E-Business Capability differs from the 12 original Capabilities in two ways: it is not included in the OMEC rating and, because it is relatively new, has developing management principles.

This Capability is relevant to large firms as they deploy technologies to bring about cost savings, increased efficiencies, and customer satisfaction. See the firm results chart below.
