Capability Results

The results in this section are the average of all the firms covered in the study. Capability results are divided into two sections: 12 Capabilities and E-Business Capability.

The Capability Comparison chart below shows the relative rating for each Capability. For 2002, there is a 17-point spread between the highest and lowest Capabilities.

12 Capabilities
Includes the definition of the Capabilities in addition to results of Core and Optimum Indicators that make up the Capabilities.

E-Business Capability
Includes the definition and firm results in addition to results of E-Business Indicators that make up this Capability.
