Overall Results

The results in this section are the average of all the firms covered in the study. The results shown in the Dashboard below are the 2002 benchmarks for the Overall Market Effectiveness Capability (OMEC) and the 12 original Capabilities.

OMEC is a composite rating based on 12 Capabilities (excluding E-Business) and can be determined for a firm, sector or the entire IEN panel (termed Overall) as shown in the figure below.
