Improving Competitive Fitness of Your Firm
This section differs from "Measuring CFYF"
in that the information contained here assumes that an executive
already understands the state of competitive fitness of their firm.
If you are unsure about where your firm stands today, click
here for an overview of measurement options available
to you.
The research methodology used in the CFGF study presents an objective
review of firms and does not attempt to provide solutions to problems
before they are fully understood. In addition, improving the competitive
fitness of your firm must be charted on a course realistic for your
set of conditions: priorities of capability development, competitive
standing, labor supply, etc.
The resources contained in this section are at your disposal for
improving corporate competitive fitness, as you chart your course,
be sure to include CFGF reviews in the schedule to monitor shifts
- hopefully before they impact financial results.
