Business Capability Assessment
(BCA)
A BCA is an assessment of a business unit, department,
or group of potential employees. The purpose of the BCA is to look
closely into a specific area of the organization, evaluating responses
from 50 to 100 executives. Firm results are not public domain but
remain property of the firm commissioning the study.
