Welcome to the Customer Orientation Self Assessment
Service which concentrates on one of the 12 capabilities in the
Competitive Fitness of Global Firms. It is provided free of charge
to members of the International Executive Network (IEN) and participants
in related programs.
Total estimated time to complete and submit your request
is less that 10 minutes.
Before starting to answer these questions,
please decide which entity you choose to assess it could
be your corporation as a whole, a subsidiary, a division or the
service you belong to. If you feel that you really do not have enough
knowledge to respond to a question, please select NR
(no response).
Your Customer Orientation Self Assessment Report
will be emailed to you. It will give you an assessment of your firm,
benchmarked against more than 300 global firms and against those
in your sector.
